Website Services Agreement

The services provided are limited to the package selected at checkout and any additions confirmed in writing. Work outside the selected package, including additional pages, new functionality, branding projects, full copywriting, and photography, is quoted separately before it begins.

Website projects begin with a deposit. The deposit reserves capacity on the production schedule for your project. Deposits are subject to the terms of this agreement, which is presented before payment.

Production requires business information, content, images, and preferences from the client. Project timelines begin after all required client materials have been received. Extended delays in providing materials may move a project to the next available production window.

A revision round is one consolidated set of requested changes submitted after reviewing the current version of the website. Four revision rounds are included with each website package. Major changes to the original project scope, additional pages, new functionality, or requests made after the included revision rounds may require an additional fee.

The remaining project balance is due after final approval and before the website is published or transferred. Ownership of the completed website is transferred to the client after the final balance has been paid in full.

Website packages include foundational on page SEO setup. Laukye Rheal LLC does not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic volume, or advertising performance, and ongoing SEO campaigns are not included in these packages.

The Website Care Plan is an optional monthly subscription covering routine content updates and minor adjustments. It does not include redesigns, new pages, major functionality, custom development, full copywriting, branding projects, or large scale content changes. The subscription continues monthly until cancelled.

Websites may rely on third party services such as hosting, domain registration, scheduling, forms, and payment processing. Fees, terms, and availability for those services are set by those providers.
