When you purchase a website package or the Website Care Plan, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe.

Payments are handled through Stripe hosted checkout. Laukye Rheal LLC does not collect, view, or store your full card number, security code, or other raw payment credentials. Stripe processes and stores that information under its own privacy and security practices.

Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and pricing, deliver and support website projects, process payments and subscriptions, and send project related communication such as onboarding instructions and receipts.

We do not sell your information. Information may be shared with service providers that make this website and its services function, such as payment processing, hosting, and email delivery providers, only to the extent needed to perform those services.

Inquiry submissions and project records are retained for as long as needed to support your project and to meet ordinary business and record keeping needs.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted by contacting us at laukyerheal@gmail.com. Some information may be retained where required for business or legal record keeping.
